Varsity Baseball lost their home opener to a tough Homestead team 20-0, after a horrendous first inning that saw the Archers give up 14 runs on multiple errors. Once the team settled down defensively, they held the Spartans to only 6 runs over the next four innings. Hank Plumb and Aaron Curry each had one hit to lead the team. Defensively Braxton Davis and Jeremiah Sandoval turned a double play. The team travels to Central Noble on April 11 for a doubleheader.
